1. Testing your Fire Alarm system each and every week is a requirement of BS5839, we understand this can be difficult to arrange and bares great responsibility on the individual to do this regularly in house, that's why we offer a weekly testing service.

In the event of a fire, you need to be confident that the system is going to activate so you can evacuate the property as quickly and as safely as possible. The weekly test ensures that the system is regularly checked, is in working order & regularly reviewed for faults.

2. Fire Alarm Servicing, provided by a highly experienced Technician (BS5839 3.12). Any issues can be delt with fast and efficiently. Same engineer every visit, taking responsibility of your site. Tools and equipment carried at all times to prevent call backs or callouts.

3. My skill set is finding and repairing faults. If you have issues with a Fire Alarm System and are unhappy with the service you are being provided contact FACT. 

4. Need Zone Drawings, i have an eye for detail and can provide drawings. I can accurate drawings even if no drawings provided. 

5. We also offer monthly emergency lighting tests (NICEIC) to keep your business compliant Under the requirements of BS5266-1 Emergency Lighting must be subject to a monthly testing procedure, as well as their yearly full maintenance. Annual servicing also available (3 hr).

6. Also for 6 monthly evacuation test assistance, you can call on our services to assist, helping to provide knowledge taking the stress out of something that is only practiced every six months. We can ensure fire alarm system is placed on test and carryout activation of fire alarm system while you deal with ensuring you and your staff exit the building safely. We will ensure system is restored to normal and all the attributes of your test are accomplished.

7. Fire extinguisher servicing annually is also offered as a service, completed by a qualified and experienced engineer. It is important to check your fire extinguishers monthly which can be carried-out by FACT also as another less task to worry about.

8. National Water Hygiene (Blue Card) Promoting good water hygiene practices. Do you have unoccupied properties that need water checked to help prevent Legionnaires disease. This is a extra service that can be provided along with other services to help you stay on top of your property services.
